For practical reasons however (tuning, transport, technical constraints), wind instruments – as we use them today – consist of different sections. LefreQue is a revolutionary sound bridge that acoustically connects the sections of your wind instrument, combining the benefits of both. You can put the lefreQue on an instrument using a specially developed elastic band; you do not need to change anything on the instrument itself.
The result is an unequaled improvement of your sound quality: purer overtones, accurate tuning, clear response, smooth intervals, extended dynamics, surround projection.
For optimal performance use at least a quality lefreQue that equals the material of your instrument or a better quality.
Brass – Clear sound, a lot of ‘core’ in the tone and fast response.
Red Brass – Round sound, a lot of ‘core’ in the tone and fast response.
Red Brass/Silver plated – Round sound, a lot of ‘core’ in the tone and fast response. The silver plating will give the upper harmonics more brilliance.
Red Brass/Gold plated – Round sound, a lot of ‘core’ in the tone and fast response. The gold plating will give the upper harmonics more depth and warmth.
Solid Silver (925), Solid Fine Silver (999) – Pure, warm sound abounding with overtones, more mass, speed, brilliance and increased flexibility in dynamics.
Solid Silver/Gold plated – All of the solid silver. More warmth and fluid tone production in the higher frequencies.
