The WA-47 is a tube large diaphragm microphone based on a German classic that has been featured on countless hit singles for over 50 years. The WA-47 has been lovingly recreated and is great for recording vocals, acoustic/electric guitars, acoustic/electric basses, drums, piano, strings, brass and a variety of other instruments. The model became very popular in the 1960s and is now considered one of the best microphones ever made. It still enjoys great popularity today, but has become extremely expensive to purchase and maintain due to its age.
