Although the monologue emulates the coveted minilogue with its chic layout, clear workflow and high-quality construction, it is a stand-alone synth with distinctive sound, new voicing and creative sound shaping – all at a bargain price. Filter, modulation, drive and LFO have been redesigned and can produce punchy basses and outstanding leads or other fantastic mono sounds, demonstrating all the strengths of its single voice technique. The step sequencer has also been significantly enhanced and can now be edited in a more intuitive and multi-layered way. A compact and complex instrument whose strong personality is impressively emphasized by vivid color variations.
